Run #1, 10/23/21

 This is a couple of photos of the original house and run that we put in when Rita took up on our property. It has been home to Rita, Patty, Lucy, and Sadie. Debbie found this on Wayfair, it was cheap, and has worked well for 2-3 birds. I had put some fresh plastic on top, and you can see the fans I added for summer months to help keep air flowing in the house and run on days where the birds are hot. The whole house and run is in the shade, but it still gets hot in there. That's Bridgette in the forefront of the top pic...

Sadie and Patty, 10/20/21

 Sadie and Patty know EXACTLY what's in this bag...their favorite treat... dried mealworms. They'll follow me to the ends of the earth for this stuff. Here, I had the shop door propped open and sat the bag in the doorway. When they drifted by, they saw the bag, and came in the shop to get some. Sadie on the left, Patty on the right in this pic...
